the value of appreciation

* Just gonna stand there and watch me burn, but that's alright because I love the way you lie*..Nah just kidding..keep lying to me and I will grab this chair and throw it in your face you TWIT...LOL oh sorry guys! as you can tell am jamming to Rihanna and Eminem....lets get to business shall we?

Ok so have you ever met a person or people who just never learned how to use these two simple words ?: THANK YOU...SIGH. there are people who NO MATTER what you do or say they will never ever ever ever see the good in you or appreciate anything you do for them.  And then ofcourse you have those who always judge others and criticize them all the time!!!so here are 2 cute stories I wanted to share with you guys:
story number 1:  Its a beautiful sunday morning so this wife decides to wake up a lil early and prepare breakfast for her husband in bed...aaww cute right? so her husband wakes up, and realizes that his wife is not in bed but he smells the sweet aroma of food being cooked. so he walks up into the kitchen, kisses his wife goodmorning. he then asks ..what's for breakfast? she says..well its a surprise hun. so he goes ahead and said ..mm sounds good. but while you making breakfast could you please make me two eggs? one scrambled and one boiled...the wife said ok. SO this chic..whips up some good yummy breakfast, set the table and when the husband sat down to eat. he looks right into his wife's face and utters these words :" honey you boiled the wrong egg"........*awkward silence*-------------* cricket chirp noise*.....WHAT THE HECK? HOW DID SHE BOIL THE WRONG EGG?

Moral of the story : Learn to appreciate the little that people do for you. This husband obviously is convolutted coz he didnt even think what the wife did what..all he could think about is "the egg"..out of 12 eggs how do you pick the wrong one?

Story number two: In the city of savannah, Georgia...A young couple bought their first home in a really upscale neighbourhood. lets name this family Mr and Mrs Brown. Six months later, their next door neighbour sold his house and therfore someone new moved in.  We will name the new family the Perrys. So every morning, Mrs Perry ( the new family that moved in) would do laundry and hang it outside to air dry instead of using a drying machine. Mrs West would always look outside the window and see how dirty the newly washed clothes looked. So Mrs west always complained to her husband about how their new neighbour's wife is dirty and stingy and doesnt know how to wash clothes coz they always look so dirty on the clothes line. She even one day went next door and took her detergent thinking maybe mrs Perry could not afford detergent thats why her clothes looked so dirty.
Behold one morning Mrs West woke up and as usual she looked outside the window and saw Mrs Perry hanging her clothes. But what was different this time was her clothes were sparkly clean!!!!! she ran upstaris to her husband saying honey!! honey!!! guess what? our neighbour's clothes are finally clean!!! she must have used that detergent I took her!!!!...the husband looked her in the eye and said " No honey, thats because I woke early this morning and cleaned our windows".....WOW...see the problem was not that Mrs Perry didnt wash her clothes well...the problem was that the Wests' windows were so dirty so they reflected anything outside to be dirty.

Moral of the story...alot of times we tend to judge others and think we better than them. First things first...look deep innside yourself and analyze yourself before you can project your insecurities and judgments toward others. Alot of times the problem lies within you but we are too busy focusing on the wrong thing so we end up blaming others for our misfortunes or thinking we are better than them. Remove the log in your own eye first, before trying to remove the speck in someone else's eye.

Goodnight pals!!!!

Namaste!!!
